The Day The Monkey Died

If you were a member of the online wine community, BottleMonkey.com, I have some bad news for you. The monkey has died. It wasn't a horrible death, but rather a slow decline marked with pangs of regret and periods of unenthusiastic intent. Actually, I guess one might call it a horrible death. I always imagined more blood with a horrible death.

The truth is we didn't have the resources to make it into our dream. It is always a horrible feeling when this realization occurs. Real life was just taking up too much of our time.

Change is a good thing. It allows for new opportunities. What you are reading now is one of them.

The online community may be dead, but I still have some ideas on wine, technology and a bit of everything in between.
